Choosing a Minor in MBA: Should I Pair HR with Marketing or Finance?

Can anyone help me? I opted for HR as my major subject in MBA. What should I choose as a minor, marketing or finance? I am a postgraduate in ecology and environment.

Please help.

Hi Sarita,

As HR also includes salary and wages administration, I would suggest you to opt for Finance as a minor to have a good understanding of financial issues related to HR. It will give you an additional advantage in working out the salary breakdown, taking into consideration the Income Tax provisions.
