The following reports are prepared on a monthly basis:

1. Monthly MIS - Shows the previous month's balance as the opening balance, adds joiners and transfers in, and subtracts resignees and transfers out. It provides the monthly status of FTE (full-time employees).

2. HR Activity Summary - Displays various trainings conducted during the month and any staff welfare activities.

3. Joiners and Resignees List - Used to calculate attrition per month and monthly hiring costs.

4. COO Report - Highlights HR monthly activities.

As you know, MIS is prepared to gather all the details of employees in the last month. With the help of MIS, top-level management can gain an idea about the employees' status in the last month. You can prepare this information in an Excel sheet using the following details:

1) Employees Details: In this sheet, you should include the Employee code, Employee name, designation, date of birth, date of joining, CTC, address, contact number, blood group, qualification, and total years of experience.
2) Salary Structure of the employees: You should provide the salary breakdown of all the employees.
3) New Joinees details.
4) Details of Resigned Employees.
5) Attrition Rate.

Each of the mentioned points should be prepared in different sheets. I hope this information will be helpful in preparing the MIS.
