M An MBA Student(HR) And Facing Problems In Project Training

Hello everyone,

I am an MBA student and facing problems in my summer internship as here nobody is concerned about my project. HR/head HRs give us work every day, like making SOPs and presentations. My project is for 50 days, and already 35 days have passed, but I have not yet started the survey for my project. There is no proper guidance; whenever we ask them about the project, HR is busy. We feel that we are only seen as free workers, not interns. Please give me some solutions on what I should do.

All right, you can do one thing. As you mentioned, you have worked there for 35 days. You can detail each and every aspect of those 35 days in your report. Try to explore some external links on this subject since the HR head is not showing much interest; you would only need the certificate from him. Attempt to connect with the workers, understand how comfortable they are with the working environment, and write about them.

Yes, I just asked my HR which of the committees are formed here regarding the project. I also told her that only 15 days are remaining. She said, from tomorrow onwards, I can sit with IR people and start my survey. Thank you for your wonderful reply.

Working at a staffing company is a nice topic. How's it going on? Are you working only on your project, or do you also work on tasks that are not related to your topic?

Finally, she allowed me to start my survey. However, the problem is that I will have to do everything myself.
