Precedure To Get Annual PF Slip From Regional PF Office.

Dear Seniors ,
Please guide, what should I do in this regards,
We have a consultant to take care of every thing related to PF for all employees in our organization . We get monthly challan to submit to PF office every month.
ISSUE IS THIS that from " 2006 till 2011 he has not given us annual PF Slip (Form 23). Every time he replies what can I do if PF office is not providing.
I wonder how it can be possible that he is not getting from PF office for past 5 years.
Please let me know the procedure to get PF slip from regional office. What documents are required etc.

We have submitted all the docs to PF office through consultant. Problem is this that the form 23 which we should get annually, have not got for past 5 years.
My consultants says that if PF office is not proving him then how he can give us.
I actually want to check whether he is lying or its true. How may I check this . Whom should I contact to PF office in this regard.
If I would face the same , at least I can convenience the managers, that PF office is not supporting .

Please provide the details to Murthy as mentioned above. He might have some good contact and can able to help you. Or else do forward a written complain to RPFC commissioner mentioning company details and Group No. in which your company file is been allotted. The Commissioner will certainly help you for sorting the same. At least in Kolkata we are getting this support from our SRO's

I would suggest, please do not depend on Consultant and you rather go directly to PF office. They will help you. We have not got PF slips since 2003 but now with regular follow ups and personal visits, everything has come on line. As everything has gone online, you can do it on your own, without any consultant. Please take all the original documents from the consultant, which is very important.

As these days all compliance of pf department, has to be online.
If you know your login id and password of your establishment, you can at least download last two years pf form 23 online.

Can Any one guide me in tracking our PF balance status as per the colums provided according to the EPFO site:
KD/MAL/ESTABLISHMENT CODE/EXTENTION/Account No.
I dont understant what exactly comes in Account Number.
Also our consultant is not providing us the PF Slip as he told that every thing has gone online so the work is still under process and will be providing us with in a year. we have registered with EPFO since a year so is it that due to that he is not providing the PF SLIP.
Pls guide on the same.

Account Number refers to individual employees account number, it defines by employer or in your case by your consultant.
Ask your consultant your account number, then you can track your balance on epfo site.

Best way is to directly approach the concerned APFC, than he may guide you to the concerned clerk having your Company's PF account.
