Make A Circular For Security Checking

Dear Seniors,
Please guide me to make a Notice for security checking at the time of employee exit and enter in the Factory Premise.

The checking at the entry and exit timings is normally provided in the certified standing orders / approved policy, guidelines of any Factory. In such case there is no need for seperate notice. However in case there is no CSO then a notice signed by Factory Manager shall be displayed at the notice board and also at the security gate of the factory. It is for the Management to exclude any category of employees from the checking at the time of entry and exit.
