How Should We Handle the Return to Punch Card Attendance After Recent Issues?

Notice on Attendance System Regularization

We are using the punch card system for attendance. Due to some issues such as problems with the punching card machine and shift changes, we temporarily stopped using punch cards for attendance. However, these issues have now been rectified, and our management has decided to regularize the punching system. Therefore, I intend to issue a circular mandating attendance. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Notice on Attendance Punch Card System

As per the organization's policies, the punch card system for attendance was mandatory. Due to a machine problem, it was not in practice for some time. Even after the rectification, it has been noticed that none of the employees are using the punching system. I request all of you to follow the punching system for attendance.
