How Does the 2012 PF Circular Affect Provident Fund Payments to Joint Accounts?

In order to minimize the return/rejection ratio of PF claims, PF authorities have decided to credit the PF claim amount to a Joint Account (Bank) provided that the bank account is maintained with his/her spouse.

I applied for PF withdrawal. My company is asking for an affidavit for non-employment for two months after resigning from the company. It is not practical to remain idle after leaving one organization. One will always leave the first company to join the next one. Please guide me on how to proceed with the withdrawal of the amount.
