Building a Johari Window Board Game: Any Creative Ideas to Share?

I am trying to build a board game based on the Johari Window. Can anyone provide me with some ideas?

You can give different sheets to all the members of your board and tell them to write 5 positive points and 5 negative points for themselves as well as for all other members of the board. At the end, you can analyze the sheets and easily implement the Johari Window within your board.
