Ready to Start Fresh in HR After 10 Years in Customer Service – How Can I Overcome Employer Hesitation?

Arunabhat
Hi, I have taken a conscious decision to change my career to HR after working for 10 years in a KPO and in the Banking industry, specifically in Customer Service. I am ready to take an entry-level job in HR, but employers seem hesitant. I do not have any experience or qualifications in HR. However, after working for 10 years, I have certainly picked up some knowledge. I am also a person who readily adapts to change and possesses strong interpersonal, analytical, and logical abilities. Can anybody help me?

To start a career in HR, you need to obtain HR qualifications, although you must have developed the required skills for the job. You can pursue a part-time MBA or any similar course from a renowned institute.
