Please, can anyone provide help with the format of a payslip in Saudi Arabia? Thank you.

Payslip Components

Payslips differ from company to company, my friend. Ideally, it should have the following headings:

- EMP ID
- Name
- Division
- Gosi #
- Receivables = A
- Salary
- Overtime
- Transportation
- Housing (Monthly)
- Housing (Semi-Annual)
- Bonus/Sundry
- Arrears
- Airfare, Phone, & Others
- Vacation Travel
- Deductions = B
- Salary Advance
- Absence
- Other Deductions
- Net Pay (A-B)

Hi, you can make your own. GOSI is mandatory. The General Organization for Social Insurance is a payment required by every company for all expats and Saudi employees they employ. It's your choice to have them or remove them.

Arrears is a legal term for the part of a debt that is overdue after missing one or more required payments for any employees. Check with your accounts department.

1. GOSI (for Saudis Only - 9% of Basic + Housing):
2. Salary Advance:
3. Loan against Salary:
4. Any other Deduction:
