can you help me our company wants to have logic or reasoning exam to our applicants can you give me sample or logic test to screen the best applicants that we hire?thank you

try the most popular OTIS-Lennon IQ test. Try searching the internet if you can get a free version on it. If you had the budget you can bought it or some other IQ test and other psychological exams offered by different psychological centers/services companies. Search them in Google.

I'm a newbie in this site but just to add info on your query, you could use MD5 Mental Ability Test to assess intelligence of your applicants or employees. You could search over the net, there are lots of Psychological Testing Companies offering assessment tools.
