Dealing with Misbehavior of Group D Employees
I came across a client who is having a serious problem while dealing with Group D employees, specifically peons. They misbehave with female employees and do not obey HODs. Management is hesitant to take any action due to the fear of losing employees.
Is there any way through which behavior can be changed or improved?
