Induction Program - Doc Download

My project requires me to design an Induction Program for my organisation. Could I get some inputs on how i should go about doing it. Also how do i measure the effectiveness of the program.

The program is for a batch of new joinees. My previous project was to design an Iduction Manual which is ready. I sending the evaluation sheet tat i managed to design. Let me knw wat else i can add to it.

hi juree,,,,,i think u can eleborate trianer section..by adding the name column....and remarks for dat particular programme...so u wil cum to know abt specific trianer ...
