Recently i have joined with an engineering firm, we are planning to form a new leave policy here as there is no any draft of policy.
The calculation as of now is as follows: 32 Leaves pa / 12 = 2.66 Leaves pm.
When i checked with employees & their issues related to Leave I came to know there is no procedure to c/f the balance leaves in next year & no encashment is provided.
I wanted to know about some rules or the procedure to draft a policy & how can people know about there leave balance.
