Nervous About My PSU MT-HR Interview: Can Anyone Share Insights on What to Expect?

ankj
Hello Seniors, I have one year of experience in recruitment. I have received an interview call letter from one of the PSUs for the position of MT-HR. They didn't conduct any written test previously. Now, I'm nervous because there are only 2-3 seats available, and I'm unaware of their recruitment process, clear job description, and the questions they might ask. Can anybody help me or explain things to me in the government sector? I don't want to miss this golden chance.

You can check out the information mentioned in the interview letter. Hopefully, they have included a contact number or email address for inquiries. If not, you can search on the website, and you'll find the relevant information.

Hi Atul, I will definitely call there, and I hope to get some information related to the job description. However, my major concern is about the interview questions. Do you have any idea about the questions that a PSU HR department could ask?

Thanks again.

Hi Ankita, As I have never applied or read any interview questions, I won't misguide you. However, I recommend visiting the official site of MT to read up on the current and detailed information about it. Also, prepare your HR part, such as understanding the differences between a few basic HR terms, acts related to this field, and searching on Google for common HR questions asked in the government sector. You will find a few links there, and I have read all of them; they are helpful for you. Best of luck with the opportunity.

Thanks,

Thank you, B. Saikumar. That means I should study the current IR scenario, HR terminologies, and related industry as well. I'll do that. I have more 15-16 days to prepare. Thank you so much. 
