Our company is formulating the HR system, and there are a good amount of debates on every point. Could someone explain the following?
1. Why is the CTC part not included in the payslip?
1a. Is there any advantage in adding CTC to the payslip?
1b. What is the drawback if we add CTC to the payslip?
2. Where should we consider LTA - in Gross or in CTC?
2a. Can we include it in "Earnings" on a monthly basis?
