Our company is formulating the HR system and there are good amount of debates on every points..
Could some one explain me the following?
1. Why the CTC part not included in the payslip?
1a. Is there any advantage in adding CTC to the Pay slip?
1b. What is the draw back if we add CTC to Pay slip?
2. Where we should consider LTA - in Gross or in CTC?
2a. Can we include it in "Earnings" on monthly basis?
Please suggest me your views..
