Onsite Allowance

Dear Seniors,
I need to know about onsite allowance which can be provided in IT company for the employees who will be onsite across India or abroad.
Is there any procedure for onsite allowance?
What all parameters should we take into consideration?
Please guide me.

hi Asmi,
It depends on company that how much and under what heads it wants to give the onsite allowance.
Normally, apart from salary, daily expense allowance, Medical allowance for self and spouse is given to onsite employee.
