I need to know about onsite allowance, which can be provided in an IT company for employees who will be onsite across India or abroad. Is there any procedure for onsite allowance? What parameters should we take into consideration? Please guide me.

Hi Asmi, it depends on the company how much and under what categories it wants to provide the onsite allowance. Normally, apart from salary, a daily expense allowance and medical allowance for self and spouse are given to onsite employees.
