EPF Contribution - Pf Calculation

Dear members,
Recently EPF Commissioner informed our company that all the allowances except HRA are to be included in the basic wages for the calculaion of EPF contribution. Normally we include Basic and DA only for PF calculation. If anybody faced similar situation, please give solution. Thanks

Yes. Now all allownaces except HRA rank for P.F contribution.
