Can anyone help me maintain or fill out the register of adult workers?

Hello Friends. I am a fresher and have just joined a company as an HR Executive.
Can anyone help me maintain or fill out the register of adult workers? There are columns like-
1. letter of the group in form no. 11(b)..
2. Number of the relay, if working in shift...
3. No. of certificate date if an adolescent no. of certificate and date.. token number given reference to the certificate...
I will be so thankful if some one can help me in this.

I am working in peenya from last 5 months but my owner is dedecting pf from my salary but he is not filing pf in epfo from last one year for not only me but all working employees. To whom I have to complaint against owner plz advice
Hi #Suyog EPFO has to be deducted from every employee, if the concern employes 20 or more employees and if the basic salary is below Rs.15000/- (as the new rule has been into existence that if an employee's basic salary is more than Rs.15000/- at the time of joining , then he is no more a member of EPFO. You can request your employer under certain cases ). This is applicable for certain establishments. Do you have UAN created by your employer? If so you can verify it from your member portal, whether the concern has paid your PF amount or not. And I just wanted to know how come you know that the concern is not paying for the last one year? Because, Your concern cannot escape from paying PF amount as the EPFO persons they will send them notice with overall interests that have to be paid.
Finally all you can do is go directly to EPFO Office. They have Grievance meeting every tuesday. Contact them and discuss with them for further assistance.
Even though my reply is a very late one, hope it will help others who have this similar query.
