Sample Request Transfer letter from one place to another - facing difficulty staying alone

Sir, Could you please send me a sample letter for requesting transfer from my place of working to Hyderabad, as my family is staying there along with a son who is studying there and elder daughter is studying in chennai, I am working in PSU Company, looking after three establishment i e family, daughter & myself. I am facing difficulty staying alone.

You should feel free to appeal to the human side of your employer, and be sure to include appropriate reasons why you are requesting a transfer; however, resist the urge to be plaintiff and keep this part of the request short-no one likes a whiner!!
