Dear Seniors, We are a manufacturing company in Pune, Maharashtra, looking to motivate employees by providing gift coupons (e.g., Sodexo, Big Bazaar, Star Bazaar, More). If any of you have experience with this, could you please share it with me?

The validity of coupons like Sodexo should be checked in your area before making a final decision. If I remember correctly, some retailers like "More" had stopped accepting these coupons. If that is the case, not only will employees be harassed, but it may also be a demoralizing factor.
