What kind of form you a looking for Robert. It is pertaining to what like recruitments,JD,Training????first you to understand what exactly you wish to do.how to go abut it.what would be requiring , what are your needs. then you can ask for forms which are normally available at cite HR.just put your query in search column and get wht u want ..

on top of this page u can see search engine in which u can see such words {{"type your query" SEARCH}} just type recruitment forms/ training forms / employee engagement activities / JD of (particular Job like accounts or HR etc) and click search button ..and you will find everything you want.
