How Can I Create an Engaging 'Fun at Work' Calendar and Report for My Internship?

Hi, I am an MBA student doing a summer internship for two months. I have been told to prepare a 'Fun at Work' calendar for the organization. I have conducted focused group discussions with the employees to gather fun ideas from them. Now, I need to prepare a fun calendar and a project report for the same.

Can anyone help me in preparing a project report for my work? 
