1+ 2(twins) What Policy Will Act

I have 01 child in first delivery issue. Now twins got birth in second delivery. As per employment policy 02 child to be considered in company policy role.
Now I want to know, does company will consider to my 3 child instead of 2. See, this natural phenomenon is happened in second delivery and its a rare of the rare case.
Pls advise me, why my 3 child will not be considered for company policy and any company are facilitating the same in India or abroad.

Its in case of mediclaim policy from company, it is told that 2child....here policy is covered for mother + father + wife + 2 child...cost 7 lacs..

Normally Twins born are covered under mediclaim policy please speak to your HR department I am sure provision would be there otherwise you can add the name of third child in company mediclaim policy at nominal rates....
