1. How to Calculate Working Days?
Total Days in a Year (January to December) - Annual Holiday - Weekly Holiday - National Holiday - Any day on which the factory remains closed.

2. How to Calculate (SHRAMDIN) Working by Worker-Days?
- Working Days * Number of workers

3. Appointed Worker During the Year?
Worker joined in the year (From 1st January to December 31st).

4. Working Hours During the Year?
Point No. 2 * 8.00 + Total OT Hours

Points to Consider When Filling the Form
- Worker strength on licenses
