CiteHR Management of Replies to Inbox Messages - indication that the reply I posted reached the concerned person

Ed Llarena, Jr.
Hi! I have received several messages in my inbox, and I try to respond as promptly as possible to each email. However, I'm unsure whether my replies reach the recipients quickly, and how?

There is no indication that the reply I posted reached the concerned person, although it is saved in my outbox. I tried to send a reply email directly to their email address, but it doesn't get through. I am concerned about the reaction of my mail senders; they might think that I am ignoring them.

Or, does this mean that the mail sender must access my outbox? When they access my outbox, can they also access the emails intended for others?

Can we do something about this? I am concerned about privacy matters.

Business Opportunities and Privacy Concerns

One more thing: How do we receive queries from members (which could be a potential business opportunity for consultants like me) in this forum when our contact numbers and information have been removed due to spam concerns?

We appreciate the protective measures. However, please note that the reason we contribute to making this forum attractive (through active and quality discussions on various topics) is that we are businessmen looking for possible business opportunities here. Removing our business opportunities will discourage consultants like me from engaging in further productive interactions.

Please make our site mutually beneficial!

Hi Ed,

The board does not automatically accept post messages via email because it's a challenging process to ensure the message aligns with the correct topic due to extensive categorization.

If you reply to the daily email digest, it will not be effective. You will need to click on the topic and post the reply on the site. [Although we are exploring ways for members to email their posts.]

We are not removing any business opportunities for our members; this site is solely dedicated to that purpose. We have even begun advertising on Google and other platforms, which attracts many individuals seeking HR information to this site.

At times, sending an email through the site may be delayed due to the email traffic on our server. [This depends on whether you are sending a private message or an email. With a private message, it goes to the recipient's on-site inbox, and with an email, it goes to their email address.]

Regarding the outbox query, there is no need or way for anyone to access your outbox. We are vigilant about spam concerns, which is why we advise members not to include their email addresses in posts but rather have readers contact them through the board if needed.

We would appreciate feedback on whether you or others have generated business leads through this site. This input could assist us in refining our ad targeting. :)

Thanks,

Sid

Sid, thank you. I was able to get through the email system and received a confirmation email from you in my personal email account. Would it not work better if what you allow for the ads (i.e., the URL) is also included in the posts? Please study and consider.

Best wishes,
Ed L.
