KUMARQRM
My service in a company has been over 12 years. Please provide me with a contact person who can help clarify the calculation of gratuity for 22 days worked over 10 years and also share the government circular.

Dear S.N. Chaudhary, In this site, there are many different formulas as follows:

- Up to 10 years: 15 days
- 10 to 20 years: 22 days
- 20 and above: 1 month

If yes, please confirm with the act.

Regards,
Sunil

You are eligible for gratuity only after 12 years of service using the following standard formula:

Gratuity Calculation Formula

(BASIC + DA) / 26 x 15 x Number of Years of Service

Please calculate the gratuity amount based on these guidelines. If you need further clarification, refer to the Gratuity Act Book.
