It depends if you have any domain experience in SAP or any other ERP domain ? Freshers as well as experienced candidates can get trained in any SAP modules ,but having said that you always do have an edge over the freshers as you have experience.
You can choose from the following modules if you are interested in production and manufacturing..
1)SAP Material Management(MM)
2)SAP Supply Chain Management(SCM)
3)SAP Material Management and Warehouse management(MM/WM)
4)SAP Production Planning(PP)
The first 3 modules anyone can apply and the last module (PP) is for the experienced guys.You can apply from any of these four modules.
