Our Trainers Plight.

Like in any other Training sites, even in this site also, people would urgently ask 'need immediately trainers in ....Please send your resumes and profiles, modules etc' Immediately we rush our resumes and wait for the response. Guys would not even respond to personal calls or sms also. The thread keeps on being posted. Unfortunately, the person who began this thread would not have the courtesy to say that 'yes I met my requirement. There is no more requirement.' This lacks all courtesy. I also notice, in enthusiasm, trainers post replies even after years because the thread is not closed. Sad and bad.

You may tell the forum saying 'Thanks a lot for your response. I met my requirement.' That's it. Later if somebody follows the thread is also ok. But you have done your duty.

I fully endorse your view points, myself being one of the sufferers like you !
Many posters are there to place such requirements (bogus perhaps !) , the basic objective being to collect as many email IDs and mobile numbers as possible, so that they can be consolidated and sold in CDs ! If they mention 'urgently required', they will be able to collect the data in double quick time ! hahaha. Jokes apart, there is lack of commitment or seriousness while doing a posting. I take up similar issues in other professional sites, where I am a member and pull up the so called moderators, who do not bother to give guidelines, pull up the indisciplined, uncultured lot. Time and again, the Moderators need to announce the DOs and DONTs, as many new comers are entering the arena and the existing members also need to be constantly reminded.
If discipline does not arise from within, it need to be implemented or imposed from outside !

Dear Sirs'

It is thought provokingly true that marketing agents with various consultancies have got to such lengths to collect phone numbers and email IDs to promote their existing and upcoming products onto unsuspecting people be it after a specific time or for the current one that they had advertised previously.

It has now become an aspect of nearly most advertising agencies, recruitment institutes, head hunters. For when they receive more data (people) to approach to they have more reach and get their message across or through to more people who in the truest sense of the content would not 1) require it in the first place, 2) have no understanding of the email/message they have received, and 3) would probably just delete it after reading it.

In our current age of cheap and virtually nil aspect of rupees or money spending on these types of things it would be not far the day that we only see these types of things coming on TV and Online web portals.

You are absolutely right. In every site related to training, this is the story. Let us keep on fighting this trend. My pain is, at least they don't thank the respondents for having taken pain to give them data. And secondly, the thread runs for months, foolishly, when it said, 'urgently'. Funny!
