My wife was working in a Software company and given her resigntion in the month of May 1st week. Due to some unforeseen circmstances she had to rejoin her job which is not acceptable by the employer
Because she had availed maternity leave for a year and resigned immediately after the leave exhausted without rejoining.Therfore her resignation has been processed and cannot be revoked.
Also she has been asked to pay the excess amount paid as a salary during his leave period which we cannot able to pay and all her relieving formalities is on hold.
Please suggst a suitable way to revoke his resignation and can rejoin in the same organisation
