Hi all, Cite HR has always helped me with lots of information, but currently, I'm stuck with my Final Year Project on Employee Retention in Media & Outdoor Advertising Agencies. As it is a research-based project, I have prepared my Research Plan. However, my project guide finds it not up to the mark.
