Asking For Suggestions Regarding Career

Dear Seniors
I am pursuing my MBA in HR. I would like you all to kindly suggest me that whether ISABS BHLP program will be of any help to me right now or should I do it after gaining some experience?
I want to do some certification course before i complete my MBA so that it will help me in attracting the employers, as my institute does not take any responsibility and participation in students welfare.
