Struggling to Claim My Late Father's Family Pension: How Can I Ensure My Mother Receives It?

We recently learned that my father, who passed away in June 2010, had been contributing to the Family Pension Scheme before his retirement in October 1992. However, he never received any pension. Please help me file a claim so that my mother can receive the pension or at least recover all the capital. Thank you.

If the date of retirement was in October 1992 and the date of death was in June 2010, there is no room for a pension. He might have applied and received the one-time withdrawal benefit at the time of retirement. Kindly check with the employer and PF authorities.
