Hello Seniors, Our management is planning to start a new partnership firm, and I have recently joined this organization. I would like to know what the procedure for registration is and what charges are required.

Required Documents for Partnership Firm Registration

As you specified that you need the registration for a partnership firm, below are the required documents along with the application forms for ESI:

• Copy of Partnership Registration Certificate
• Copies of address & ID proof of all partners
• PAN Card copies of partners
• Firm's address proof & PAN Card
• Firm's electricity bill
• Attendance list for the last 2 months
• Salary statement for the last 2 months
• Any sales invoice or work order

The same documents are required for PF as well.
