I live in Bangladesh.I am doing job as HR Executive. As in our company I am only one HR so all HR activities have to do by myself. All employee including CEO also depend on my decision about HR related matter.
This is very shameful that If i don\'t know about any facts.I need one question clarify that If any one taking earned leave after completing probation period then is this leave with pay or leave without pay? And what is earned leave?
