Pf Eligibility

Dear all,
One of my staff wants to take PF Loan..As i know a person who has completed 5 years of experience can take PF Loan..
But i wanted to know the procedure of getting PF Loan..if any amendments now pls let me know.
Please help me.. its need urgent

One can avail loan/advance from the pf accumulations defenitely on the following grounds:
1.PF ADVANCE AGAINST PURCHASE OF LAND/BUILDING/FLAT:
A.FOR THIS YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE 5 YEARS OF MEMBERSHIP UNDER PF.
B.APPLY IN FORM 31 WITH NECESSARY ENCLOSURES LIKE XEROX COPIES OF LAND/BUILDING DOCUMENTS ETC.,XEROX COPY OF FIRST PAGE OF YOUR SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT PASSBOOK
C.APPLY THE SAME THROUGH YOUR PERSONNEL/HR DEPARTMENT
2.PF ADVANCE FOR MARRIAGE OF SELF/BROTHER/SISTER/DAUGHTER OR SON:
A.FOR THIS YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE 7 YEARS OF MEMBERSHIP UNDER PF.
B.APPLY IN FORM 31 WITH NECESSARY ENCLOSURES LIKE MARRIAGE INVITAION AND A XEROX COPY OF FIRST PAGE OF YOUR SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT PASSBOOK
C.APPLY THE SAME THROUGH YOUR PERSONNEL/HR DEPARTMENT

Also need to submit the declaration form along with the Form 31, relevant documents pertaining to land/plot/construction of a house & Bank Pass Book copy/Cancelled Cheque through HR dept.
