Need Urgent Help: How to Navigate the PF Loan Process for My Employee?

One of my staff wants to take a PF Loan. As I know, a person who has completed 5 years of experience can take a PF Loan. But I wanted to know the procedure for getting a PF Loan. If there are any amendments now, please let me know. Please help me; it's urgent.

One can avail a loan/advance from the PF accumulations definitely on the following grounds:

PF Advance Against Purchase of Land/Building/Flat:

A. For this, you have to complete 5 years of membership under PF.
B. Apply in Form 31 with necessary enclosures like Xerox copies of land/building documents, etc., and a Xerox copy of the first page of your savings bank account passbook.
C. Apply the same through your Personnel/HR Department.

PF Advance for Marriage of Self/Brother/Sister/Daughter or Son:

A. For this, you have to complete 7 years of membership under PF.
B. Apply in Form 31 with necessary enclosures like the marriage invitation and a Xerox copy of the first page of your savings bank account passbook.
C. Apply the same through your Personnel/HR Department.

Also, you need to submit the declaration form along with Form 31 and relevant documents related to land, plot, or house construction, as well as a copy of the Bank Pass Book or a Cancelled Cheque through the HR department.
