You have selected a good topic for the project. First of all, you should know about the company thoroughly—what exactly happens there—so that according to that, we have to plan. For example, if you have joined as HR for a new firm in which the manufacture of clothes, you should take the following steps, such as:

1. You should know the company's requirements.
2. For example, if the requirement is 120 members, then plan the hierarchy of the employees. According to that, place the right candidate in the right place.
3. There are two types of employees: one is permanent, and the other one is contract-based. Decide and recruit the candidates accordingly.
4. Planning the employees to decide their places, their duties assigned to them, timings, shifts, maintaining their payroll, how to divide teams, how many team members, who is the team lead—all these come under manpower planning.
