First of all u should know about the company thoroughly what exactly happens there,so that according to that we have to plan.for Example you have joined as HR for a New firm in which the manufacture of cloths,you should take the following steps.
such as
1.you should know the company requirement.
2. for suppose the requirement is 120 members, then plan the hierarchy of the employees according to that place the right candidate in the right place.
3.there are two type of employees one is permanent and the other one is contract based,decide it and recruit the candidates.
4. Panning the employees to decide their places as well as their duties assigned to them and timings ,shifts,maintaining their pay roll,how to divide teams,how many team members who is the team lead ,these all comes under man power planning,
