Startup Struggles: Where Can I Find Free Resume Search and Job Posting Sites to Save on Recruitment Costs?

Hi, Can anyone please help me know about free sites where I can search resumes and do job postings in order to cut down on the recruitment costs of my organization? I am trying to do this since mine is a startup company and we are really not looking forward to buying portal logins, as it's too expensive at this stage for us.

So many job portals provide the same service. If you want to go for a low cost option, it's better to search for a local portal in a particular area as they also provide space for such ads. Essentially, it's a city portal or a state portal.

See, there are so many local sites in the city which contain all the information related to that city, including movies, restaurants, places to enjoy, and even job openings with different companies. I came across one of these sites for Ahmedabad while searching online. So, if you search for such sites, you will definitely find one.

You may also use Indeed.co.in for free resume database and free job postings for various vacancies. I have found most similar profiles on Naukri and Indeed.
