Hi Neema,

A 90-degree appraisal is a system where only the person and appraiser are involved during the appraisal. On the other hand, a 180-degree appraisal includes the person, appraiser, and their immediate superior. In contrast, a 360-degree appraisal entails clear communication with the appraisee, where everyone remains the same, but there is more inclusion of subordinates.

I hope this clarifies your queries to some extent.

Regards,
Amit Seth.
