enter on the forgotton my password. A new screen will appear in which u have to give your login id and in the next column u have to give password for that login. in the next column u have to give email id i.e. gmail or yahoo. after opening ur gmail u see a mail from citehr.com open that mail and click on the link. then u find ur password and u can login.
