Need Fresh Ideas for HR Training Presentations – What Topics Would You Suggest?

Hey guys, I'm currently doing my internship in HR. My project is as an HR Generalist, and this week I was asked to prepare an innovative and new training PowerPoint presentation. So far, I've created presentations on grooming, stress management, email etiquette, telephone etiquette, etc. Now, I need some fresh and new topics to develop a presentation on. I would be really glad if you guys could help me out with some ideas and presentations. Thanks.

Sometimes the answers can be found in the trail of the question itself. Get to the root cause of why you have been asked to prepare an innovative and new training PPT. Since the organization would have certain results expected from this activity, ask what the business requirements and objectives are that have to be achieved through this exercise.
