Salary Slip Not Getting Added To The Salary Annexure

Dear All,
I have tried everything possible but something is ot clicking and my salary slip is gone bonkers.
Please find attached is the salary annexure we have for our comany and the salary slip... But, when I input the salary annexure info into the salary slip it throws up an additional 200-300 Rs extra.
Am unable to figure out what is going on :-(
Please help me sort this, as I have to create salary slips for our employees.
If you find there is a flaw in either the sal Annexure or the slip, please help me in correcting it. I am not a pro in excel, I did these two as per the knowledge I had.

I donno what you are trying to tell. If i take the the values in annexure to pay slip it is matching. More over PT for karnataka should be either 150 or 200.

I am working with private firm they are giving me 25000 per month without any deduction but
did not provide salary slip what should i do please let me know

For Rs 13000 TDS not applicable.Even for rs 20000 tds will not be applicable. No need to worry
