ESIC Registration Enquiry

Greetings for the Day!!!
Can any one help me in Knowing what is the percentage of employee and Employer contribution towards ESIC and how to get register to in the same. Our\'s is a new organization and situated in Vadodara Gujarat...Is there any online form through which we can register ourselves...

Hi Nidhi
You can submit for registration over online. Once the request is approved the you should visit department for getting the certificate.
Contributions will be as 1.75% fro EE & 4.75% from ER
