Am I Eligible for the Form 10C Pension Scheme After Switching Jobs?

Hi all, I have worked in one company for 3 years and 3 months before transferring my PF account to my second company. I then worked in the second company for 4 months. Could you please let me know if I am eligible for the Form 10C scheme?

The minimum service required to be eligible for a pension is 10 years (9 years six months and above are deemed to be ten years) under the Pension Scheme 1995. You can apply for a scheme certificate in Form 10C to transfer your pension fund to that in the new organization.
