Hi Experts, I would like to attend an interview this week. Can anybody help me with interview questions about recruitment/selection and payroll? Kindly provide information on "which type of questions are asked in interviews about Recruitment, Payroll processes, and training and development."

Anyway, greetings for your intention. Just have a look into the below issues:

1. Get enough information on which company you are going to have an interview. If all employees are getting more than 15,000/- salary per month, there is no need to focus on ESIC.

2. PF: The PF department deducts 12% of every employee's basic salary, and for those whose basic is more than 6,500/- per month, the PF department will deduct only 780/-.

3. Apart from these things, you should also look into the salary structure.

4. Focus on compensation.
