1.Is PF should be deducted for all the employees?
So far whose basic pay is less than 6500, we considered 12% on Basic pay as employer contribution.
2. Is Gratuity should be deducted for all the employees?
3. Please suggest what is variable pay & is it applicable to all the employees or limited to profile / designation.
4. Is Gratuity should be deducted for all the employees?

What is TCTC (Total cost to the company) ?
What is CTC ?
What is Gross ?
Is there any component like "Retention Incentive" - Which can be calculated as 8.33 % on basic ?
LTA - How much percent we should take ?(From Basic or from CTC)
Children's Education - How much percent we should take ?(From Basic or from CTC)
Plz Suggest with an example.....
