Seeking Advice: What Key Areas Should Our New Joiner Survey Cover for Better Insights?

niharica.singh
Dear all,

We are conducting a survey for all new joiners (those who have completed 6 months in the organization). This survey is to understand their experiences in these 6 months and to find out if they were provided all necessary things for settling down in the company. Can you help me in what areas I should cover in this survey?

Regards, Niharica

Hi Niharica,

There are so many aspects over which you may raise your questions:

1. How was your experience when you came for the interview? The hiring process of an organization is very important as it is the first contact a candidate makes with an organization and forms an opinion about it. Please collect data relevant to this.

2. Were you properly assisted when you came for joining?

3. Was induction provided, including complete information about the company and the HR policy?

4. Was adequate training provided to you related to your job profile?

5. Did your seniors support you in carrying out your profile?

6. Were you provided with proper solutions to the problems you raised?

7. Were you paid your salary on time?

8. Did you receive support from all departments, apart from your own?

I hope this provides you with a number of questionnaires to ask.

Regards,
Amit Seth.
