How Can I Withdraw My Study Leave Application Due to Health Issues?

I have applied for study leave for PGDM at IIM. The course is commencing on 02.07.12, which has not been granted yet. Due to my poor health, I want to withdraw before 01.07.12 and do not want to avail study leave.

Procedure for Withdrawing Study Leave

What is the procedure for this? What if I apply before 02.07.12 but after the leave is granted? Please help.

You can write to your PSU thanking them for sanctioning the study leave, but informing them that you are compelled to postpone your study program due to poor health. Therefore, you are withdrawing the application and requesting them to cancel their sanction.
