Excluded Employee Under P.F.Act

Respected All,
As I applied for Housing Loan, the financial Institution raise a quarry regarding Why P.F. was not deducted on my Salary by firm? they provide some documents or circular stating Excluding of P.F.facility.
Can you provide any Circular containing that If Basic Salary Exceed Rs.6,500/- it is an voluntory decision of Employee to enjoy P.F.Facility or not any circular stating P.F.Liability.

You can refer to para (f) of the P.F scheme 1952 which defines excluded employee as one whose pay exceeds Rs.6500/-p.m. You can show a photo copy of the provision.

Let me P.F. late fee percentage of 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, & 5 months and above.

Once covered under EPF, employee shall remain covered even if his basic salary increases byond 6500/-. However, contribution shall be deducted on 6500/- only.

Dear Sir,
Thanking you for your reply. But I change my job from last 7 months and in earliesr office I was covered under PF and withdraw the same. and now in this company I select an option of non deduction of PF.
Any circular copy can you attach so that I can show it to bank
awaiting for your reply.
