For Training Manager

Hi all
I have been working as a trainer for 7yrs.now. I want to apply for the post of training manager. Could you guide me with the preparation I should do before facing the interview? What kind of questions I may face?

Thanks for your reply. Though I am looking for something mainly for training manager as I am a trainer so I want questions focusing on this.
I would require all kind of glossary used in training and development, calculations like throughput, attrition etc.
